When you plug it in, close the download dialog box, now open "My Computer" it should list your Razor as an external device, right click on the device and then left click explore. Browse through and see if you can find your pictures, once you find them you can either drag and drop or highlight a batch and transfer them to your pictures file. Not sure if this will work since I don't have one but if it is just like a digital camera it should work. Just don't change any settings you may find.
