gotrocks, sorry for all the trouble that this has caused you. While you are waiting for the replacement springs, could you do us a favor and reply with your current hanger - to - shackle mount measurements (in inches, eyelet-to-eyelet)? Also, how long is the front shackle you are running?
I saw the pictures and one thing that comes to mind is braking... Now this is a really really silly question, and I apologize, but are your rear brakes hooked up and working? The way your springs are bending seems to be from extreme braking maybe? Or at least hard braking would cause to spring to wrap up in that fashion.
I am just worried that a 3rd set will also fail on you, and so I am trying to think outside of the box and maybe there is some other factor that is causing this
