Yes , very easy all bolt on. you will spend about a day of light, well I did because I like things rebuilt and clean, it's a long process to remove all and put back together.
Yes it's worth it, espeacially if you have added weight to your rig like bigger tires
no you do not need to run the 1" master
I have a 82 4x4 with 35's / 36's, winch , dual cases and a V6 engine, big bumpers yata yata, the V6 upgrade was Awesome ! I never did the 1" master and had stock rear brakes

No, the IFS calipers bolt up with Fj vented rotors for the brake upgrade. To widen the front use theIFS hub,caliper and spacer, its the same as using a spacer on the outside of the hub but some people dont believe in using spacers (afraid they come loose) and doing it this way the spacer is bolted in behind the hub.
Along with the FJ vented Rotors and the 6cylinder calipers...
Will the Larger Master Cylinder also 'mount right up - bolt right in' place of the stock one in an '85?
Even though the stock one is fine... is it no biggie to upgrade - replace the Master Cylinder while we're at it, too?
