I am just using the Traxxas ends that you have on the right, drilled out to 6/32 on one piece solid aluminum rods built in the lathe. For what I am going to be doing, I really don't think I'll be breaking them.

I could have got the 380 torque servos for like $6 more, but I just went with the 200 torque ones because I didn't want to be breaking parts.

Dean, I heard you are running the 450 in-oz torque servors that are standard size and cost $115 EACH!!

What happens with a large scale crawler is that the Traxxas end become laterally loose. I'm using Hi-Tec 5998 you have use something with a high OZ. rating to move a heavy rig.
