Ok, to do:
Install new trans/divorced tcase/front driveshaft
Get full size spare on rim (35")
Sliders
Rollbar (If not full exo)
Possibly depending on how the measurements go, double up after recovering from the tranny swap
Install shocks
Get/Install winch
Lockers front and rear
Re-gear to 4:88's
Swap out steering to something that works better what yet
New rear leafs

And prolly tons more that I can't think of right now
