How have I not seen this must be slackin in my IFS induced haze


Glen, my motor is actually back together, and I've been drivingthe truck for about 2 months   and still beating the out of the IFS

87 yotaman, if you just want to put on some bigger tires, screw the torsion bars and throw on a 2" body lift.  You'll get the space you need, and you'll appreciate it when it comes to working on your truck.    They can look kinda goofy, but you can hardly tell mine has one, ans it's got a 3" body lift.  Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to get my hands in to work on my truck.  Just make sure you get all the bolts tightened down right
Cranking the torsion bars sucks, and your flex actually suffers.  For a cheap lift, just to get 33"s under the truck, a bdoy lift or fender trimming is the way to go.
