Thanks for all of the good info.  Right now the springs are reverse arcing on the stock overlaods!!!  So i dont think shakles will do much to improve ride.  i wll look into the trooper springs as well as the F150 and s10.  Looking at a friends F150 this weekend and it looked pretty straight forward. 


Rocksurfer, i already got the bug, had it a long time, just got the runner and this is the one i will slowly build to what i want.  Lockers and all...

Yeah reverse arch on the rears is not good. Sounds like they're done. An add-a-leaf will probably just cause those ancient suckers to bend and break. Do some research before running out and buying other vehicles springs, some require relocating the mounts.
