I am semi-retarded sometimes, I guess. I found out what the problem was. Here's how.

Like I said above. When the drivers side hub was in the air and locked, and the passenger side was on the ground with the auto locking hub still in place on that side, the driveshaft would spin. But I didn't realize the autolocking hub was engaged in the lock position on the passenger side at that time. I did put the transfercase in 4WD. But I am just a newb. So the driveshaft turned because both axles were locked. But when I tried spinning the rotor with the passenger side locked and the drivers side unlocked, the driveshaft did not spin.

I locked the manual locking hub on the drivers side with the passenger side in the air, and locked the passenger side as well. That allowed the driveshaft to finally turn.

Morale of the story. With either wheel in the air and the other on the ground. Both hubs have to be locked in order for the driveshaft to spin. DUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
