I was running a tired stock 22r for a long time with 5:29s and 37" mtrs and it wasn't bad at all as long as you weren't going up hill or against the wind.  other than that I could cruise 70-75 all day.  Now I have a new motor about ready to start with the engnbldr 143 hp kit with efi conversion on top of that so I don't think i'll have anymore problems.  and definitly go with the 36" tsls if not the 38's you wont break those birfs those are what i have and beat the piss out of em
