Thanks for the help guy's guess I should follow up on this. what I ended up doing was replaceing the fuel pump and it runs like champ. The only problem I still have is I had to jump the fuel pump test teminal under the hood, and let it build up pressure before it will start, not that big of a deal just have to turn the key to on and let it build up pressure for about 10-15 seconds. Other that that it's fine now.
