I think Labs may be the perfect dog. They love the outdoors, they're good around kids, they've got great personalities and they're territorial enough to be protective without having to worry about an unwarranted attack.

And pyrotec, a springer spaniel is a beautiful and smart dog!
I guess FFC had her mind set on a Rott, sounds like she is very happy with her decision.
