I have 5.29s and like the fact that i can use my 5th gear. also can do 70 on the freeway.plus they rock on the trail for crawling. i am running 35x14.5x15 boggers 
just installed my 5:29's last week and man are they nice! running 35 BFG's on the highway, im running 5th gear at 68mph doing 3000rpms.
perfect in my opinion. i have yet to go wheelin it yet but im sure they'll also shine on the trails.
