Some people are just so full of themselves that there is no getting Through to them no matter what you do.
I know a lot of people that are like that, and to make it worse your dealing with hormones ( no offense to the wonderfull ladies on the board ) but you get my drift.
All you can really do is collect all the info you can and when enough is stacked up against her then you can present yourself in front of the boss and hopefully he will resolve it in the right way.
Sounds like she needs to get the boot to me.
