If you have any slop or if the holes have any damage they will keep breaking studs.

Make sure all the pin holes and bolt holes are in good shape. You can also have the flanges and hubs drilled for extra pins.

I have even thought about using bigger shouldered bolts in place of the studs like you would see on a full floating rear axle.
