yes i did, all runner come with a texture on the tops, like a rhino liner kinda, i sanded it all smooth, re coated it with fiberglass, sanded it smooth again, and painted it, it gives it a glass like finish, looks like sheetmetal

It does look good. I havn't seen that done before. I am about to paint my Runner and the faded black top would look a lot better with a little attention. Thanks for the info.
