My motor drives me crazy, I have a 94 motor swapped into my 85. When i first get up in the morning and go start the truck it will start right up without gas but will idle at like 700 800 rpms but runs fine. After my daily drive of about 40 minutes to school it sits without being started for 3 hours. When I go to start the truck after school it wont start, the starter will turn but the motor wont turn over. It only starts if i spray some starting fluid in the air filter, or roll start it. I have new plugs and wires. Any ideas of whats going on?
thanks
Jacob
My 94 started doin' that about 5K miles ago I think it is due to lower compression from high milage
