If I remember correctly, Toyhatsu's part numbers were for a 3.4 v6.  I know this from experience, cause i ordered the same part #s when doing my conversion.  Just go into the the Toyota parts dept and tell them to order a oil pan for a 4 cylinder T100 with the pick up tube, dipstick, dipstick tube, aluminum plug to block off the old dipstick entrance on the front of the timing cover, and the plug to cover the hole that will be in the side of the oil pan.  I think that hole is there for a oil level float on some models.  Remember with this setup, the dipstick will be located under the intake side down on the block.  You will need to punch out the plug that is in your block right now.

P.S. Here is a helpfull hint:  When tapping in the aluminum plug into the front of the timing cover to block off your old dipstick entrance, freeze it first.  This will help it from mushrooming while tapping it in.  Don't forget to use a brass punch too.
