I am a Head Miller at a flour milling company. We take wheat from the fields of the US and turn it into flour. Neat job and I get to claim that I graduated from the only university in the world that offers my degree (Milling Science @ Kansas State University). It's a lot of work and a lot of hours for alright pay, but I like it and apparently I'm good at it.
