Just the same as I like streetbikes and dirtbikes, I like four wheel drives and lowriders.  Hell, I have both.  My little 81 2wd toy was a tire smokin maniac till it donated it's heart to the 4by, but I have plans of puttin it back on the road before too long.  I really like cornering fast, and it's a kick to sneak up on a "performance" car when they think they're going fast through the twisties, then they let you pass and you never see them again.  Not saying it was terribly powerful or had great suspension, but when driven right it could easily embarass much better rides.  To each his own though...
