Hmmm!!!!! I see your predicament. That is a hard one. I say, shut it down put em' on the streets and see how long they last move to the country so you don't have to deal with that crap.
I really dislike kids who have no respect for there elders, but then again it's the parents fault. The kids just don't get discaplined and turn out to be trouble makers. Thats a really hard decision.
I flushed a "Boys" dew rag down the toilet at school last year. Thats where they belong.
