Yea its an easy swap.  You'll of course need everything that goes along with the 5 speed.  The clutch hardline, master cylinder, slave cylinder, flywheel, clutch set, pedals assembly, and of course the trans and shift boots.  The hardest part of the swap is drilling the hole for the clutch master cylinder and thats easy.  Otherwise its a straight forward swap.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??
