hey, those bolts are a PITA to find.  here's the part number, 91619-61260

other than that it's a pretty easy swap.  just get a clutch hub, fork and slave with the tranny if you can, otherwise you can get them at the dealer(pretty cheap if i remember right).  on mine, i had to cut a little off the ends of the 2 top tranny bolts, they bottomed out for some reason.

the tranny has held up pretty good since i put it in, a little noisy in 5th but i'm planning to eventually replace it with a W56.  was kind of nice to be able to bolt it right in and have it on the road quick though.
