Well my search is over. I found one place in NoCal that would make me a set of steelies for the low low price of $395 per wheel.
My solution, 4 Wheel Parts carries a steel wheel with a 2.5 backspace (approx. $50 per wheel) and I am going to install a set of bead lock from DIY 4X for $65 per wheel.
After shipping and costs for the bolts I am guessing I will be at approximately $135 per wheel, $540 total ($1,000 less than the NoCal quote!)
