20/22R engines should run at 3100 rpm@ 55mph, stock.  www.tlca.org has a rpm chart that you can use to determine any of the variables.  Input tire size, rpm, mph and get gear ratio.  Substitute as needed for any unknown and Viola!  Free answers.
