Looks good!! 
One thing I would like to see out of that is where the top tube wraps around the corner extended a little bit and then angling the bottom tube to meet with the top tube with no spacer between them. That way it can act like a rear slider/bumper.
No matter what I think, it's an awesome looking rear bumper, good job!! 
Elaborate a bit more on this.
I'm really looking into expanding our drag racing business into the rock crawling market as well. Of course, the only thing I'll be able to do is fabrication of bumpers, cages, sliders, hangers, etc. Don't know if I'd want to become a dealer for actual parts.
