Look into BigMikes 3RZ conversion. With some dealing I bet you could get one from a junkyard at a decent price. Pretty straight forward swap, especially since Mike is working on swap #3 now, he knows what kind of bugs that you will run into. As for axles, your on the right track. D60's would be the way to go. Give CrawlerDan a hollar, he manages a wrecking yard and has the hook up on axles. I sure wish I had 10k chillin in my wallet. Use it wisely and build one hell of a rig.
