i havent read all the other replies but i basically watch what i eat and i dont drink soda, lots and lots of water and i run between 2.5 and 3.5 miles 6 days a week. it keeps me in pretty good shape. I am also doing all this to train for motocross racing so its probably a little more than you would want to do. However it works great.
