Only downside I've heard to the coiled hose is that it leaves low spots in the line. I've been told that if oil runs up your hose in a high temp situation and sits in those low spots, come winter time it'll get really heavy and stop the movement of air and clog up the breather. All I did for mine was pop the cap off and clamp fuel hose to the little lip and then RTV around it to make sure its sealed. Same as everyone else, rear line to the taillight, front line to the hinge.
