get on a trampoline. did polevault for my high school before i moved from houston and did alot of exercises on trampolines. another thing to consider is swimming, not hard on ur body and burns fat away fairly quick. just do active stuff, watch what u eat but dont obsess about it and u'll loss fat and replace it with muscle.
