the nut came off the out put shaft, happens all the time, take it apart put the nut back on w/some locktite, if the threads arent damaged, and reassemble, make sure you readd fluids! 
Yup. I changed the front seal on mine, i went to use a 1/2" wratchet, thing just bout came off with my fingers. Make sure you dont have any crap in there, im sure youll check anyway.
