Join the Air Force! Nah just kidding, dont put your family and girl through that. But damn I droped so much weight. I was 150 when I started and was 130-135 when I left. Its amazing what constant movement, intense pt, and no time to eat does to ya. Now im a fat ass at 160. I know thats not bad but I'd like to see 150 again. I work out three times a week because I have to and im glad cause otherwise I wouldnt. Motivation is the biggest thing. Have your family and/or girl remind you. Go running with your room mates. I hate running and at the same time I like it. Its lame and sucks but makes ya feel better afterword. Good luck
