every R series engine i've seen is internally balanced. that said you can use the turbo flywheel and clutch disk as long as the spline count and shaft diameter are the same on the G tranny(i'm 95% sure they are). another upgrade is to just get a flywheel from a '92-up or so 22R as they have a larger clutch as well.
