they're not for off road use at all. transfer case only has 2h and 4h, no 4L. for the vast majority of people who buy trucks(wanting to be higher on the road, etc...) then its a great truck for that. comfortable interior, smooth on the road, pretty good on gas, and not bulking huge. tows enough for the majority of people(5000lbs i think). not a play truck or work truck, just a regular family daily driver.
