The truck is entirely Marlin. Marlins sas kit up front, 5" springs in the rear, they do sit a little high up, but im guessing they will settle in after some actual wheelin. I thought the 600 lbs+ of stuff in the back would break in the rear springs a but but it did not. I think its a good sign, since they should resist sagging as time goes by. The ride is a little rough, but I have only been driving it for a week like this, and on the horribly potholled roads of AK.
The truck actually handles better than it did with the IFS, I can negotiate turns easier, and steering effort actually seems lighter which might be due to the crossover steering.
Im going to be feeling the pain of shipping charges when I order a bumper from badland bumpers. I cant wait to see that shipping charge!
Unfourtunately I no longer have a garage to use, so I will have to use the auto hobby shop on the base I work at (Elmendorf)
