The spice mix sounds like it would go good with a pork roast or even a salmon fillet....dang..now I'm hungry 
I have some boneless pork chops defrosting in the fridge, I might just have to try that tonight! Why do we always start these conversations right before lunch?? (or is it breakfast?)
