Well I talked to a couple of places here are their results:
1. With the ARB and my diff tilted upward slightly it changes the way the oil is thrown covers the breather hole, creates a positive pressure and syphons of my oil. to slve add another breather
2. The speed issue if i go over 55mph in 4 wheel drive then i get squirts
3. the ARB is leaking and pressurizes my diff.
I will have to take it out and figure which one it is. thanks for the help guys!
