I do think we are headed for an economic crisis, I just don't want to think about how bad or how long. 
I believe will see some kind of catastrophic event here or in the world before November 2022, that will be a start a SHTF event with will start a domino effect.

At the rate we're going this will be a right to work country with a standard wage that won't cover the basic costs of living. With the Biden admin doing their thing it might be part of the plan. I want to see that! I want to see the faces of the people that think it's the way to go. When government housing and regulated consumables are the norm people will bend to the will of the masters.
How's this sound? If you do have property it will be taken away and given to someone as a government property. As a retired person you will be allowed a room in a high-rise community and be allowed into a limited area. If yoou're not productive you don't have any rights.
