To whom? The idiots that would want such a thing consider the people lost in conflict to be a burden. No loss there, just a little more freedom for themselves. Think about it, no more homeless, no more welfare, just the slaves allowed to survive. Hell, might even get rid of those useless pensioners. No substatial cost there, just a waste of time and effort to eliminate those people! Now that's gonna hurt! cleaning up that mess!
