Hi guys,
this is an 86 4runner 4cly ...

I have been working on this transfer case since May 2021 , i got the Marlin upgrade main shaft and 30 spline output shafts and the 4.7
I got it all installed and found it to not shift correctly, I removed the tcase and I cut down the shift rod and solved that. re-installed it, sealed it with Toyota gasket maker ,  and found that it leaks pretty good, seems like it comes from the adapter .?
I don't want to take it out till I have an idea what I am doing ...

Is there any body    in the SACRAMENTO area that could take a look , and help me out?  ,   if I fill it up with fluid  the truck is drivable.

chisx@aol.com thanks in advance...

I may be able to help.. what day are you available
