"Low certainty" just means with the "field experience" information we have and lack of controlled clinical studies we can only say low certainty. That's only in a few countries that have not expressly employed the drug. Like our vaccines here, pump 'em into the people and see what happens. Y'all are Guinea pigs en masse. Pfizer has been approved with medium certainty. The FDA still has a few reservations.
