2.5" or 3.5" external drive?


I know you can take the 3.5" external drives apart.     What you're left with is a 3.5" sata drive (2.5" maybe  :dunno: , never took one apart).

What usually fails is the USB / SATA adapter that's part of the external drive.

Once you have the drive apart,   plug drive into a computer....................

I assume it is a 3.5"
