Unfortunately Mike does not handle sales, and is very busy guy with running the company and developing product. We also do not handle sales issues on forums. Posting something on a forum, especially pirate and other forums we are not on very often has a small chance of getting resolved. The best thing to do is email the company and someone on the sales team will handle the the issue. We can take can take care of this issue, if you email me either at Sales@marlincrawler.com or Trevor@marlincrawler.com, I can get your info and see what we can do to resolve this issue.
