not to pick but you dont use brass or aluminium drifts ever they chip easily use plain mild steel drifts they wont damage the hardened bearing 

You can use mild steel if you know what you are doing, I have one. But there is risk, that someone new wouldn't know the difference and use a punch that is two hard. For a beginner or someone who doesn't know, its better to use a brass drift and clean the chips out.
