Ran the test on the ignition switch per FSM, with the key all the way off there is not supposed to have any continuity on any of the terminals, one does, does that mean it is bad?
Next question, how in the heck do you get the ignition switch off the steering post. It has some funky bolts/nuts that look like they have been soldered!!
