I would move the shackle hanger back like 1/2" The springs will settle as time goes. That's why common rule is to heavy tack and check angles so you don't have to grind out a whole weld. I can't tell if thats what you did. Nice rig BTW. As stated, if you can use more lift in rear try longer shackle plates.
