Only issues I have seen with seafoam is idiots who use it wrong.  Use it correctly and it is great.  I have used both it and b12 in my personal and professional life for many years.

Also, do yourself a favor and buy a can of deep creep.  You'll be able to toss most other spray lubes/solvents you own
