1-22R, 2-22RE's with Fel-pro head gaskets, each nearing 200k w/no issues.
Start with clean surfaces, chase the threads, new head bolts. Check for flatness and corrosion if bad or questionable, replace, 22RE Performance or engnbldr. Just my experience, do what you will.
