Yes it's an ext. cab.  And yes I will need a fair bit of lift to help clear the tall tires.  I will bob and likely dove the bed, or fab a tube rear frame.  I'm leaning toward a single link front and rear for simplicity.  I'm not a true rock crawler but like the idea of a lot of flex / droop to help the ride.  This will be used primarily for hunting, crawling steep tundra and brush covered hills filled with tussocks ( big grass/dirt knobs) .  Leaf would be simple, but I'm a little nervous of a harsh ride and not enough droop / flex.    Like I say, I'm really new to this.    Onto the t case,  I'll need duel cases for sure, my thought was to hang the 205 as close to the stock toy gear case as possible with a short drive shaft, roll the 205 just enough to allow the front shaft to clear.    Not sure what you mean about the interlock pin.  I assume this would allow me to use the front output as an aux. drive?
