could the perches be reused?  i am doing a sas on an 86 4skin.  could the frame tubes be set in such a way that i would not have to mess with the perches

with the front axle yes, that is probably what you will want to do.  you can keep the perches on the front axle and just use shims to adjust your caster.

 for the rear, i dont recomend using the stock chevy perches due to the fact that they are out board of what the yoda is.  if is a hassle make make out board hangers and ultimately you will lose flex
