Why would doing a flush lead to dark fluid color now? I am not following.
Maybe your flush just wasn't long enough to clean it up entirely. Synthetics have natural detergent properties (partly why synthetic engine oil lasts longer) so the Redline MT90 is going to do some "cleaning" if given the opportunity.
